Hunters Spiced Rum - 3 year barrel aged 

Smooth, Rich and full of flavour. We infuse with warming spices and a touch of adventure, crafting a spiced rum with real depth and balance. It starts with our cane spirit, distilled from Australian molasses and pure Kinglake rainwater—then matured in barrels for three years.

Release #1 blends rum aged two years in ex-bourbon and ex-Yarra Valley red wine barrels, re-coopered in-house with a heavy char. It spends a final year finishing in a fresh red wine barrel with whole spices added directly into the rum. Every drop of rich, amber hue comes naturally from the barrels.
