Hunters Spiced Rum 

Smooth, Rich and full of flavour. We infuse with warming spices and a touch of adventure, crafting a spiced rum with real depth and balance. It starts with our cane spirit, distilled from Australian molasses and pure Kinglake rainwater—then matured in barrels for three years.

This rum is aged two years in ex-bourbon and ex-Yarra Valley red wine barrels, re-coopered in-house with a heavy char. It spends a final year finishing in a fresh red wine barrel with whole spices added directly into the rum. Every drop of rich, amber hue comes naturally from the barrels.
